Got a free 360 box but having issues with only allowing live tv, can’t record etc 

says I have an issue on my account

any help with it would be much appreciated

We apologise for any issues you are experiencing with your TV service and we will do all we can to help. 

Can you please confirm if all of the connections leading to and from your set top box are secure and without damage/kinks?

Do you have more than one set top box? If so, are they also having the same issue?

Hi they are all connected right without any damage or kinks, the only other box I got is the TiVo which I’m in the middle of recycling

Can you please expand on what happens when you attempt to record on the box?

When I go to home  it states account information and underneath it says you have recently had a issue on your account. If you are still experiencing reduced functionality, call us on UNKNOWN 

 

I can still watch tv but can’t record rewind etc
