Internet disconnect, channels not subscribed

Hi,

The internet randomly disconnected tonight, took a while to come back online, when it did it said i was not subscribed to any channel bar the freeview channels.

We have cancelled our contract on Sunday, however the lady on the phone said service would stop on the 08/02/2021.  I have tried searching but nothing really useful comes up.

The help function from 360 seems to have disappeared? Or am I not looking in the right place on the TV.
