Hi
Brand new to VM…not impressed so far.
My original installation was delayed twice due blockages. When I received a third date it clashed with my holiday, but not wanting to miss yet another date we arranged for our daughter to be at our home.
The installation seems half done. Nothing even connected to a TV, but I can usually manage to sort things myself, but they didn’t leave any remote control’s for the lounge or 2nd box n the bedroom.
I can’t get passed the pair your remote screen, so can’t get access to any TV.
How do I get my missing remote controls?

The quickest way to get the remotes would be to call 150 from your Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone or wait for a member of the forum team to pick this up which could be 2 to 3 day's.
