I have been sent a faulty Virgin TV 360 Box

I had a delivery on Saturday for my new Virgin TV 360 box and the power cable does not fit into the box, I believe by trying to force the cable in it has caused some damage to the box. Please can I have be sent a new box with the correct cable asap. Many thanks.

Are you able to post a picture or the cable and the damage to the box for us?
