How to order an engineer?

I got a self-install pack but am having trouble installing it. Want to schedule an engineer but don't see this option on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/book-an-engineer. Any suggestions?

You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, or wait here for one of the forum team team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

Thanks for your post.

Sorry to hear you are having issues setting up the Quickstart kit.

Looking at the service hers it is not showing active.

I will be able to get this set up for you.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
