How to get 2 360 remotes

How do I get 2 360 remotes  one for each box 

1. Bedroom

2. Living room

You need to regrade from your current V6 boxes to the 360 boxes and then the remotes will be sent out as part of the regrade process.

It cost me £24.99 (the cost of the new remotes) to process the regrade when I switched.

You could try performing the regrade online https://www.virginmedia.com/tv/virgin-tv-360/upgrade 

but it might be better to phone in and negotiate a new deal at the same time.

It's a one way process so if you aren't happy with the 360 boxes then unfortunately you can't roll back to V6's.

Just to put some clarity on this as well.. you don't so much "get 360 remotes for a V6" as "convert your V6 to TV360 which comes with new remotes".

That might serve to reinforce that TV360 is not TiVo/V6 and is a completely different software platform.

As @japitts and @newapollo have mentioned, if you've got V6 boxes we will convert them to TV360 boxes following a software update and send the TV360 remotes out to you.
