How to change the day on the TV guide on virgin 365

How do you get the cursor to move up to "today" or all channels or the magnifying glass on the TV guide on virgin 360??? Tried to upload a low definition picture of the screen as an example but this terrible website is still saying file is too large to upload!!!

Press Home will move the cursor to the Today field. Press left from there to reach search. Press right from Today field to reach My Channels.
