How to cancel my TV360 Upgrade?

I stupidly requested the 360TV 'Upgrade' a few days ago, then realised it wasn't for me and I don't want to lose my current recordings. 

Unable to get through on the phone as I don't want to wait hours for an answer. I sent a message via the online service 3 days ago without any response and now I've received an email to say I will be receiving my upgrade on 1 December, which I DO NOT WANT. 

Is anyone from VM reading these posts, is so please help me retain my current V6 service.

Hopefully they have not already switch your account  across as apparently one you have been moved to TV360 you cant go back

What recordings do you have that you don't want to lose by the way?

I used the message service via the My Virgin Media website. 

As regards the recordings, there are far too many to list and before I am asked not all of the them are available on catch up 

That's not my only reason though, no All4 is another, I would rather wait until the bugs are ironed out. I'm too long in the tooth to be a beta tester!

Tried the message bot with no luck, informed me it could not answer my question and said it would put me in touch with a colleague, 5 hours later, no contact.

No reply received.

Hey sorry that won’t be enough. 


I’m afraid you will have to call in, make sure you enter your customer details when prompted (or call from your Virgin landline).

I just get through, surely I should expect a reply to my complaint within 4 days?

Message bot also said I would receive contact within 4 hours, that didn't happen either. 

Not a happy customer, very disappointed.
