If you'd like an additional mini box that is something you will pay extra for on your account.
Contact customer services either by phone or chat online or WhatsApp.

Whatsapp: +44 7305 327112 (add this number as a contact, start a new conversation in WhatsApp, find the contact and begin your chat)
You may be able to add the extra box by signing into
and then clicking on Upgrade package. If that doesn't give the option to add the extra box then you will need to contact by either phone, text, or whatsapp.
The best route is to call 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, option 4 (regrades) but it's best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
If you don't want to be tied up on the phone you could also text VM on 0753 305 1809 or use WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112. Please be aware that replies aren't instant from either of these services, often taking 4 to 6 hours, but the agents will reply as quickly as they possibly can.
It's an extra £10 per month for the first additional box (£5 for any other additional boxes) so it might be worthwhile looking at regrading your package at the same time. The Ultimate Volt package comes with 2 boxes included in the pricing.

We're glad to see you've already received some useful advice in regard to ordering an additional TV box, we can advise the information passed from both jarourke and newapollo are correct.
You'd need to upgrade your TV package so to add the equipment and activate the services on the second box, to do this you could contact us at the suggested methods jarourke posted above, or online from the link passed by newapollo.
Another way to do this online is by visiting this page and process an order from there or use our live chat support (right-hand side).

Firstly, you will never ever get a reply on Whatsapp, may as well talk to a ghost. Furthermore, existing customers are never ever able to upgrade online (as the information would lead you to believe). Once you click to upgrade any parrt of your package (within your account online) it just tells you to call or chat....why ??. What is the big issue not being able to upgrade online. Also, good luck trying to get through on a phone to someone that actually understands what you are saying over the constant riotus chatter going on the background.
