When you say that you have Netflix as a part of your package, for 2 devices, do you mean as a part of your Virgin Media package? Also, are you able to locate a Netflix app on your smart TV? If so, it should, in theory, be as straight forward as selecting the app, selecting the option to login and using your login details?
