Ever since I have upgraded my box to 360, I have had to reset both broadband and 360 box several times as it crashes

Just to confirm, when did this issue first begin? How long are the services usually down for? Are any other services affected in a similar way?

Been happening ever since I updated the box just over 6 weeks ago
