Ever since I have upgraded my box to 360, I have had to reset both broadband and 360 box several times as it crashes

How are you connected between the Hub and the 360 Box
How often does this happen
connected via Ethernet cable.

Been happening ever since I updated the box just over 6 weeks ago
The service is connected again after I have reset both tv box and broadband box
