Have re-contracted and asked for new box but dont see any sign of order?

Hi all

As the title says.

Have re-contracted and got a good deal (thanks!) did ask for the new boxes and the team have said they have been ordered. However I have no sight of said order or any sort of confirmation.

could one of the team kindly check my account to see if they have been?

also, im on the m500 broadband as part of the ultimate oomph bundle. My virgin media page thinks I have no broadband. Clearly I do. will that rectify itself eventually?

(Oh I solved the mobile phone saga I was having... ironically as part of oomph im now given a new sim! - all is well though and I am happy with my services)

In regards to the My Virgin Media web page, don't hold your breath on sorting itself out.

I'm in the same position of it not showing my broadband, I'm on the 1GB, and it has been like this since the web site was updated just before Christmas.

I was promised it would be sorted when I was on the phone to VM, but it is still not showing my BB.

Hi all

 

I have fixed my order now and it is coming this week.

I look forward to trying it.

 

I have come to the realization that the my virginmedia portal probably does not understand M500 or Gig1. thus does not show. I remember when I had 350 the bar was full to the right indicating it was the 'highest package'. I suspect this is what it is.

Simply badgering them. 

If you call up and go through the options to retentions then you end up with the UK call center who seem to have higher control on the system. 

Tell them you aren't leaving but need an order fixed etc, if you are lucky they might crack out a deal too. They did for me. £15 less a month but higher broadband at 500meg and racing TV included on ultimate oomph and next day home works support as well. 

Sorted.

Just a note, my virgin media portal now shows my correct package of M500. - I guess something their end needed updating.

Yes, that has been sorted in My Virgin Media.

The two promised TV360 boxes that we due to be delivered yesterday, never arrived unfortunately. Even though I have a reference number.
