Have no tv

Have no channels. Have rebooted, checked all leads etc. We have internet but cannot watch any channels

Do you have an error message, also you could check your service status if you log in to your Virgin account in case there is a known problem in your area.

You say you have internet do you have access to on demand through the 360 box.

I'd only add to @roy247 post, use 0800 5610061 to check for service faults.

It gives details of more localised issues, down to street/postcode level that signal faults often tend to be.

The V360 gets its internet connection through your home broadband.

Hi there, I have the error code to check all wires etc, we have done that, rebooted and everything but still nothing. It was working perfectly fine the evening before.

Is it your live TV that isn't working? Or OnDemand? I ask because live TV comes over your coax cable connection, OnDemand comes over the internet - so it's different connections.

Hi Claire,

If you are still having problems have you checked to see if there are any service faults with the number japitts gave you, or have you contacted Virgin and reported the problem.

If the live TV is faulty can you get to the on demand or is that faulty as well.

Can you tell us if you have no access to watch live TV, or just on demand channels and programmes as @japitts asked? Please keep us updated on the issue and if you're still experiencing this problem.
