Had an email to upgrade

I have two days to decide, wow a long time, now I can see there are some major shortfalls for me to upgrade. First of all series links about 300 in all, then ther still seems to be issues with recording just new episodes?

In the early days a lot of functions were only easily navigated to by voice commands. How good is this voice recognition for a user with a speech impediment or hearing issue?

Can you still.warch recordings from v6 to v6 if both are 36o?

Also it states that there will be no more than I am paying now. Well I am still.in contract till November and receiving a discount so what will I.be paying and will I get a new contract?

Fundamentally TV360 is not TiVo anymore than Android is iOS - and conversions are voluntary.

Series Links and new episodes - TV360 SL's do allow you to record "from this episode on", but TiVo/V6 does have more options for fine-tuning SL's, including the option to record from all channels or one-specific one. A good illustration of the 2 platforms being different.

If you convert, then you won't have V6 anymore, you'll have 360 - but yes, you can still multiroom stream all your recordings.

Altering your TV box software shouldn't have any impact on your contract or bundle - the two are completely separate. Unless the offer states you'll have a new contract, I don't see any reason why you should.

You've alluded to the literature only giving you a couple of days to decide whether the conversion is right for you. IMO a rushed decision is often a bad one, but do your research - a conversion is irreversible so only make the change if you want to, not because you feel you have to.

I have spoken to retentions who.can do the  swap at any time for free.

However they have tried to.offer me ultimate volt now at an ok price but the o2 part for 25 quid unlimited data is excessive so more to think about.
