I have recently updated our 2 V6 boxes to TV360 and love everything about it so far and looking forward to future progression of the software.
As per another post I have the HDMI resolution set to 1080p as the automatic setting wasn’t retaining quality. When set to 1080p the HD channel quality looks amazing but on two occasions now I have noticed the quality has degraded and when I go back into the settings the resolution has reverted to the automatic setting without any intervention from myself then when I revert it to 1080p the quality returns. Both boxes have upgraded to the recent 4.43. Is this a known issue?

Same thing happens to me. I set to 1080 and it switches itself to auto after a while. Do you have your 360 box connected direct to the tv?

Yes, Now something has come to light since my original message as we had some work carried out at our house yesterday where the electric had to be turned off and after the electric was back on the picture was slightly degraded again and on checking, the setting was back to automatic which makes me assume that the default setting is automatic on start up? Which then leads me to suspect that the box is either suffering random reboots or we are suffering a power cut that is causing the box to reboot and revert to the automatic default setting? I suspect it’s random reboots as our security cameras alert me when they go off line and I’ve not had any notification of that happening.

Hey DavidM71, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry your resolution changed again.
When the electric was turned off, this could have caused this to happen, have you tried changing the setting again?
Please do let me know. Thanks
