OK let's open your post up, not sure if some info has got lost in your heading.

So just to clarify thing's, from your info you have received your 360 remote and upgraded your V6 to 360 and it has upgraded and the  remote has paired, is this to the 360 or the TV. 

Is it working with the 360, but not the  TV.

Can I just confirm you are trying to use the new 360 remote which would have been sent in the post?
