Hi,

On the V6 i could press 'clear' and the prompt would disappear straight away, is there anyway to do this on the 360?

TIA

If it doesn't work on the BBC channels, press the green button at the bottom of the remote instead.

You need to press the back button which is to the left of the speech button.

(The TV button to the right of Home takes you back to the last channel viewed)

I couldn't try it yet as the Mrs is watching something, I thought I'd tried the back button and it didn't work.

You can press either the TV or the back button when the red button is displayed to get rid of it. If you press TV after it's gone it will switch to the last channel.
