If you go to the following page it should run through the issue and try and connect your set top box.

If the page doesn't open either try a different browser or open an incognito window.
Basically it's a software update error. Your account has been migrated to the TV360 platform but the software hasn't been
pushed to your box to convert it.
Using the above error link if the system can detect the box serial number it will push the update through again.
If that fails it will need passing to second line support to see if they can do it. This could take 2 or 3 days.
If they can't fix it then you'll need a visit from tech support to change the box.
