We have an ongoing problem with out of synch sound on GB News only.
We have been in touch with GB News who inform us that their audio output is fine but they are aware of this problem with other Virgin users.
Reporting a problem with normal TV playback on the Virgin website seems difficult.
Anyone else having this problem?
How do we escalate to Virgin?
From a very quick check, the lip synch seems OK to me. But if it's programme-specific then, yes, it does point at a playout/studio issue rather than an issue with the VM feed.
