I was sent an email offering a free upgrade from my TiVo to 360 at no extra cost. I followed the link, checked my details and it all appears to have gone through. But I have not received a promised confirmation email. I checked my virgin media app and it says I have no orders - in the “orders” section.

Sorry to hear that you've not received your confirmation email regarding a free equipment upgrade.
I can double check this at our side to see what has happened. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
