Fix for 4.28 on v6

What’s the timescale for fix it’s been nearly 2 weeks , come on virgin pull your finger out .

I think the easy fix would be send us all the new 360 boxes but I’m sure they won’t do that as that would cost to much but to be honest not really our concern .

They have until next week to sort this and then they will have to send me new boxes or cancel my contract as not fit for purpose

Hi Gary,

I have asked BlueLou, to try and get an eta for the issues if it is going to be weeks instead of days for a fix i have said I was 2 Humax main boxes to replace my Arris boxes as the service is unusable as it is.

Thanks for reply the frustration is how sloooow virgin are to even acknowledge the problem then 2weeks then many more weeks waiting for a fix , it’s ridiculous and have an Engineer visit on Saturday so he better have the new boxes to replace the old ones I have or I will not be happy
