Hi just got 360 mini connected to WiFi and I got no channels it's saying channels failed CS2004 can anyone help please

The mini box needs connecting to the white coaxial cabling.

I don't have a wall socket in the room I'm using it in so how does the WiFi work then I thought wouldn't need cable

All Virgin boxes apart from the new stream box require 2 connection's, a coax connection for live TV and an internet connection either by ethernet cable or wifi for everything else, apps, on-demand and streaming.

A manned installation will provide you with a coax connection for the 360 mini.
