Did you reply to the PM from forum staff in your original thread /QuickStart-set-up-and/FAULT ?
Is the internet connection working?
What happens when you try to connect to the TV?
What error messages do you see with the TV ?
Is your phone connected to the TEL1 socket on your hub? Have you tried a different handset?
