Swapped from BT two weeks ago, everything was great until today, all connectivity has gone. Can’t get an engineer until Monday (REMOVED)? I think it’s the HUB, are there any checks I can complete, other than the pathetic instructions from Virgin, unplug, endure cables are connected etc? I’m getting a so,I’d red light on the Hub.
