Errorbcode cs2200

If have just switched over to 360. I have 2 V6 boxes. 1 box appears to work just fine, but the main box is coming up with error code CS 2200 when I try to play recordings. It then deletes all recordings. I contacted virgin media and they advised if both boxes were operating off the same network. They weren't  so happy days. I swapped them over to the same networks and they worked for a couple of days then the same thing. I have ensured the fast start function is enabled. And I have formated the disk on them. Appeared to work again, now the same thing error code CS2200 and then everything deleted. Does anyone have any other advise please.
