Error message CS2200

Tuning in

I have just “upgraded” from V6 TiVo to 360, I have two boxes and I have recorded programmes in which they start and then after 15 minutes or so, it’s comes up with the error message of CS2200 and I am to call virgin directly.

I did not have a problem with the previous set up so there should be no reason as to why there’s a problem now.

I have reset both my boxes as well as the router to no avail.

this is simply not good enough!

Is this all recordings, or just particular ones? How about new ones? What about when you pause live TV on any master boxes and watch slightly delayed? I suspect you may have an HDD issue, but this would be a good test.

You now have completely different software in your boxes, so that's immaterial. Resetting your router is also likely to have no effect unless multiroom streaming is involved.

The problem is in relation to all my recordings and the problem is also apparent when I have paused live TV as requested.

looks like I’ll have to contact them directly and hopefully I’ll get an engineer out rectify the problem.

Wish I didn’t upgrade now and just kept the same service I had previously.

Hi @jamboknight thanks for your post here in the Community although I'm sorry you're having issues upgrading to TV360.

I can see that since your post here, you've got further help on this matter and hopefully on the way to getting this sorted.

Please let us know if you require further support in the meantime though.

Many thanks
