Hi,
Getting both CS6002 and CS2200 error codes. Can’t pause live TV or watch any recordings, says hard drive can’t be found.
It’s the main box (no other boxes installed). Was a self install a few months ago, no issues until now. Internet is fine and have tried all the box resets etc. Have read all the other posts on here about same codes and tried everything. Suspect hard drive issue, may need replacing?

CS6002 is usually a sign of a faulty box. You could try doing a factory reset and if that doesn't resolve the problem you can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault or wait here for one of the forum team team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
