I can't see that code on the VM error page, but I did find it listed amongst the Stream box codes

I suggest calling in as it generally takes forum staff a couple of days to pick up threads, by which time they'll be too late for this PPV.
When calling Faults you will hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc
Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone.

Hi I have tried getting in contact with them but literally can’t get anywhere to speak to a real person it’s just all automated or it just ends up cutting the phone call!

Hi no it didn’t work for me and I did run a faults test but nothing comes up as a fault but every time I went to buy it it just kept coming up with the same error code and telling me there is an issue on virgins end which is exactly what it did on the Fury vs Whyte fight which never got resolved either

Really sorry for the issues and inconvenience caused BevanManning, the Fury/White fight was a while ago but you know if it was the same error received for Saturdays fight?

I have never brought or rented any movies or anything but sky cinema and catch up and things like that all work fine. It only happens when I try to buy PPV events
