Error code 100:70

Hi all.

Our mini box located in a bedroom will not show either Sky Movies or Sports, instead displays a 100:70 error.

From prior posts on this error it appears the box needs updated. Can someone in VM look into this?

Unfortunately whatever you have tried has not resolved the issue. 

Is there something else that can be done?
