Error code 100:70 on main 360 box

Our main 360 box keeps showing as setting up TV channels 100:70. Was supposed to be fixed weeks ago. Mini 360 box works fine as do all other channels on main 360 box just not Sky movies or sports. Do VM need to send codes to the main box for it to work?

Yes you do need the activation codes sending to your box, you can try calling virgin again and hope you speak to someone who can do it or be passed to the 2nd level support team, or wait here for a member of the forum team who might be able to help, that could be a couple of day's.

I contacted VM but don't seem to be getting anywhere. I've swapped the boxes around so the mini box is now downstairs and showing all available channels. Main box now upstairs but still has same errors.
