I'd also add that @Julieandpaul192 has posted in the 360 board, but C233 is a TiVo-software error code.
Chances are this error was caused by the outage yesterday and is now resolved.

I am sorry to see that you are getting an error code.
Please can you tell me what TV box you have? Also this could be due to the outage we have just experienced, this is now resolved.
