Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get sports / movies showing. Now had 2 upgrades over the last 6 weeks an engineer visit and to solve the issue and still doesn’t work. The additional mini box works fine with all channels l.
I'm afraid you'll need to speak to either the regrades or the Faults team.
VM will need to resenf the correct codes to the set top bnox that isn't picking up the sports/movies channels.
