I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Sky Sports and Sky Cinema on one of your TV boxes. I've had a look from this end and everything appears to be in place. We can see you've spoken to us after you posted, have you been able to get this sorted now?
If you do still need help, just let us know, and please turn on the affected TV box so we can run diagnostics for you.
