Error 100:70 on new box installed

Sky sports and sky cinema will not work on one of the mini boxes in my house coming up with the error above. These channels are working fine on the other two boxes. Having read through forums I understand maybe the codes needed resending or something.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Sky Sports and Sky Cinema on one of your TV boxes. I've had a look from this end and everything appears to be in place. We can see you've spoken to us after you posted, have you been able to get this sorted now? 

If you do still need help, just let us know, and please turn on the affected TV box so we can run diagnostics for you.
