I was supposed to have an engineer call yesterday and he did not turn up.to try to fix my new 360 box which does not work properly and at one stage disconnected my phone.
It will not display live channels.
I managed to get it to show BBC Player but a few minutes into the program I was watching it froze and disconnected my phone and the only way I could get my phone and internet back was to pull the plug on the box.
I have had this box for over a week and never watched a complete programme on it. I was going to cancel Sky but I think I will just keep Sky and cancel the 360 box, however, since I got it because I upgraded to 1000 mbs internet I suppose I will have to keep it.
I tried calling 150 but I cannot get through to a live person.
I just get the run around of pressing buttons then disconnecting.
I got sent a link to my mobile but that just repeats what I have already done but does not fix the problem.
