Engineer Visit

Hi,

Could somebody please advice how to book an engineer visit to install extension cables for both TV360 box and WI-FI Hub. Looking to move entire kit to opposite side of living room.

You can either call into the faults route (150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone), or wait on this forum a couple of days for staff to respond.

There'll be a £25 charge in either case.

That flat fee should include all parts & labour.

Yes it’s a one off price. I presume you have a splitter on the incoming coax at the wall box, this could be moved to where the boxes are to be located so you would only have one long cable not two.

Yes I have the splitter so looks like only need to extend one cable which would be ideal.
