EPG Error TV360



sent an email to but no luck. 

There is an error on the EPG on Virgin TV 360. The programme PANDYA STORE on Utsav Plus HD is showing the incorrect episode numbers and the NEW banner has disappeared making the series link set not record. Everyday for the next two weeks it is showing the same episode number and has messed up all episodes to record. Please fix.

When did you email to guide errors? They don't generally respond, but do attend to verifiable errors in a couple of days.

It really is the best way to report guide errors.

I didn’t get a reply from the email but it seems to have been fixed now. But it does happen quite often with this programme specifically.

No. It just seems to be that channel only.
