I have a Disneyplus account and linked up - but I find when I try and play any programme I get fuzzy / flashing screen and only way to get back is to exit the app.
is this a know “feature” ??

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the Disney+ app.
Can you please confirm if you are having issues when streaming on any other app?
Also, is your box connected via WiFi or Ethernet to the Hub?
