I've just checked on my 360 and it opened without any problems (Teesside area)
It might be a local issue. Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
You should also check that your 360 still has a working internet connection.
To check the network settings on your boxes. On version 4.41 or earlier go to Settings > Network > there are two options
The first setting should state if you are connected to the hub and which band eg 2.4 or 5 - you can also press OK to change connection from there
The second setting Diagnostics gives a visual representation of your connection status, signal quality and connection speed
If you are on software version 4.2 or later it's under Settings > System > Diagnostics
You could also try rebooting the 360 (this often solves problems)
