Just gone to access the disney + app through my Virgin Box, but I can only get a blank screen which plays sound. How can I get it to work? I'm having trouble with my smart TV app showing a really dark screen to hoping to watch through my Virgin box to resolve the issue. Thanks

Sorry to hear that you're unable to use your Disney Plus app. First of all, I'm guessing your box is the TV 360? There are some tips here. Have you tried a factory reset of your box? This can be done, without deleting your recordings.
Please let us know, how things go? Also does the app work when accessed via alternative methods?
