Disney+ App Missing?

Hello all.

So I was tempted by Virgin TV360, So I did a live chat to see the deals and ask them some questions.

I asked - does 360TV have Netflix, and Disney+? To which they replied yes.

Received it and set it all up, and can see Netflix, but can't see Disney+? Was I lied to?

Re: Disney+ App Missing?

Don’t you have any other devices that can do Disney+ I’d hardly call it a dealbreaker tbh.

Just get a NOW TV stick or box. It’s cheaper than joining Sky. Even with SkyQ you still have to subscribe directly with Disney. You cannot pay to use the app as part of your Sky subs.

You can actually pay for Disney+ via Sky instead of paying separately. Recently some customers have been offered Disney+ for just £1.99/month.
