Deleting recorded programmes on 360 box

Yet again I am having problems trying to delete "recorded" programmes on 360 box.

Persistent message - "Sorry, we couldn't do this for you. Please try again later"

Now two days - rebooting the box does not resolve the problem

Any ideas anybody?

Seem to remember someone used the TVGO app to get round this problem, might be worth a try.

Thanks - programmes are now deleting.
I'll look at the TVGO app next time it happens...
