Weve had an engineer out today to do an upgrade. He couldnt get the services running and there is an error code CS1011 we were told this would be sorted tonight but still hasnt. Rang customer services and was on hold for 2 hours to then get cut off. Tried again and again on hold for an hour then they cut it off. So were left with no tv and the broadband hasnt upgraded either to 1 gig still only getting 250.

 

How long are we supposed to wait? Weve no tv all all as we dont have an aireal as we were looking forward to the upgrade today. Before the upgrade everything was working fine! 

 

Any help?

Hi @Iannewby1979 

There have been a few posters today in the same predicament as yourself.

The equipment is usually pre-activated, however there appears to have been a problem with the VM activations system. 

Hopefully it will be sorted overnight or early tomorrow, otherwise  call 0800 953 9500 to activate the equipment
