Content Unavailable - CS3400

Hello

I have just got back from work and I want to watch some of the stuff I have recorded and when I click on "Recordings" I get Content Unavailable - CS3400 - Sorry this Content is unavailable please try again later. Its on my Virgin TV 360 Box and I have checked service status, no issues and checked the box has network connection via Ethernet

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi @spangley 

Check your cables are properly connected between your TV, the Hub and the 360 box. After checking your cables, turn both the Hub and TV box off and on again.

It's possible the fault is caused by a service interruption. Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? 

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Failing that contact the faults team as per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/cs3400-contactus
