Connection on new tv box

Been sent this to plug into wall but the wall virgin box has the same connector? Take it I need some sort of different connector? A male to male but not coaxial? Help?!

Have you had virgin before, like do you currently have broadband with them and upgraded adding tv?

Yes have broadband now getting tv

The cable that went from the wall connector to the hub now connects to the connector marked wall on the splitter, the cable marked broadband goes to your hub and the TV cable to your 360 box.
