Connection issues TV 360

Since approx 3pm I have been unable to connect to TV 360.  I have been rebooting the box and router on and off for the last 5 hours. The reboot just doesn't happen.  It either shows the welcome screen or just the VM logo.  There was a problem listed in my area earlier B75 7LG but this has been rectified I assume as the message isn't there now.

Why am I unable to reboot my TV360 now ?

It has been extremely slow so wanted to reboot it to see if this cleared the glitches, but can't reboot it now.

Any advice please as loosing my patience with it.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the connection on the TV box.
I've had a look and I cannot see it being connected to the network, are you able to try an ethernet connection from your TV box to the Virgin Media hub for me please?
If connected via an ethernet, let us know and we'll escalate this further.
