Hi, my Dad has a Hub 3.0. he has just been sent a TV360 box to set up. He does not have WiFi TV so we have to use cables. Everything connects except for the white broadband cable (with blue band at connector. The old broadband connection on the Hub 3.0 unscrews but the new cable plugs in?? Is there any way to do this/adapt this or does he need an upgraded hub?? Have tried to call Virgin but just can't get to speak to a real life human being. Any help out there would be appreciated.
Please remember he doesn't have a WiFi TV. He's 87 and went to buy his TV by himself and proudly told me it was WiFi but of course it isn't. Never mind.
Thanks everyone.

Hi @karenm99 Your dad doesn't need a wifi TV to use the 360.
The 360 connects to the TV by HDMI cable and receives the VM broadband signal, either by ethernet cable or wifi, so providing he has selected the correct HDMI port (source) on his TV then it should aall work
You should be able to firmly push the old white coaxial cable onto the hub 3 where it screwed in previously.
There are videos on you tube showing how to set it up, here's the link to one of them

Thanks for your answer. I cannot push the cable into the Hub 3.0 box. The cable that came out of there was a screw in and the new one is a push in which is impossible.
I will try and get hold of Virgin to see if they can sort this out.
Thanks.

Thanks. I did try to push that cable in but it's a screw in port, not a push in so I just can't see how that would work. I tried and tried to push in but it won't go in
Thanks for your help but I will try and get in touch with Virgin.
