I need to move my Virgin box from one side of the room to the other. It’s plugged into a splitter which feeds another box in a different room. Is it possible to get a new coax cable from Virgin so I can reach the box in its new position? Or can I just buy it myself from Amazon? Thanks.

Virgin use specialist grade co-ax cable to avoid radio interference affecting your service and that of your neighbours, so using Amazon cable is not a good idea.
You can request a non-fault tech appointment to action all the necessary amendments to your VM cabling, this is a flat £25 which includes all parts & labour.
Either call into faults to book this, or wait around for the forum staff to pickup in a few days.
