No sign of an adapter that allows the coax to plug in to the new mini box. Kind of thinking it will be quicker ordering from Amazon, rather than face the pain of going through the Virgin call centres.
I assume you have been sent a mini to replace an original Tivo box which is why you need the adapter, l would give Virgin a call to get the correct one and keep everyone happy. You could wait for a forum team member to pick this up and they seem to be getting quicker but if you phone at 8am you should be able to get through fairly quickly.
I had a rummage in the loft this morning and found an adapter that will do the trick. Just need to watch 15 hours of recordings now before I can start upgrading the main box 🙂
