Channels not loading CS2004

I have over 20 channels not loading. Keep getting error code CS2004. However after changing all cables and rebooted still channels missing. However nothing showing on the Virgin Status page.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your set top box at this time. 

Can you confirm you're still having these issues today? If so, has this set top box ever worked at the home?


You can run the full checks for the CS2004 error here - If this has not worked, can you please try a 60 second pin hole reset on the router whilst the set top box is completely off. This will revert any customisations back to factory settings and full update the router with firmware/software updates. Please do not reboot the router whilst it is completing the pin hole request. Let me know if this has helped at all to clear the error.

Virgin eventually recognised this was an area problem and Sent out an engineer who sorted out a broadband problem which resolved the channel issue.
